Role Description:

As a ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response Implementation Specialist, you will be part of the ServiceNow expertise team and work closely with the CISO Cybersecurity team. You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response module as part of a strategic security improvement program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the application roadmap, aligned with ServiceNow product evolution.
  • Facilitate workshops and capture business requirements.
  • Advise on optimal use of ServiceNow, leveraging Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) functionalities and best practices.
  • Perform functional analysis and translate requirements into user stories.
  • Validate requirements with stakeholders and act as the main point of contact during implementation.
  • Configure and develop within ServiceNow in line with OOTB principles.
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems, including vulnerability scanning tools and data sources.
  • Perform quality assurance (technical and integration testing).
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Produce technical design documentation.
  • Manage releases, including preparation of update sets and deployments within a bi-weekly release cycle.
  • Support go-live activities and post-implementation follow-up.
  • Prepare documentation, support procedures, and catalog items.
  • Contribute to user adoption through training materials and documentation.
  • Act as application owner for SecOps VR (CMDB maintenance, change management, CAB participation, problem analysis).

Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps modules.
  • Proven experience with at least 2 implementations of the Vulnerability Response module.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and SecOps VR certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in defining and defending technical designs and roadmaps.
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow development, including:
    • Business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions.
    • Script includes, workflows, and catalog items.
    • Web services and integrations.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow SecOps VR with vulnerability scanning tools.
  • Language: English (minimum level C).
  • Must be based within the European Economic Area (EEA).
