Role Purpose:
The Service Lead Digital Workplace is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery of digital workplace services, including devices, collaboration tools, and O365, for approximately 3,000–3,500 users. This role serves as the key interface between internal IT teams and external providers, ensuring consistent service quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors.
- Monitor service performance, focusing on quality, cost, and user satisfaction.
- Manage incidents, escalations, and non-standard requests.
- Drive continuous improvement of digital workplace services.
- Lead communication, training, and end-user adoption initiatives.
- Support or lead digital workplace-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and reporting to stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Workplace Services (5+ years preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, regulated environment.
- Trilingual proficiency in English, French, and Dutch.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on quality and process improvement.
