Technical Lead 

 

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: End of 2026, with a strong possibility of extension in 2027

Location: Waals-Brabant, can be done remotely

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, experts, vendors, and testing teams to support deployment and evolution.
• Review and challenge technical solutions.
• Contribute to requirements definition.
• Support testing and validation activities.
• Ensure technical and functional coherence.
• Translate complex topics into clear documentation and communication for stakeholders.
• Support ongoing projects and future transformation initiatives.

Years of Experience:

Senior profile preferred, but strong medior profiles with relevant background and hands-on experience can be considered.

Must Have:

• Hands-on technical and functional understanding.
• Ability to understand complex systems and communicate clearly.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong collaboration skills in international, distributed teams.

Nice to Have:

• French language skills.

Language Requirements:

• English: mandatory
• French: strong plus (preferred if experience is equivalent)

Homeworking Policy:

Fully remote work is accepted. European time zone is strongly preferred.

Full Time:

Full-time (5 days/week) preferred. A 4-day/week setup may be considered for an excellent candidate.
