Low Code Evangelist
Location: Brussels
Start Date: Mid-May
Duration: Initial duration of 1 year, with possible extension based on the success of the operating model.
Work Model: Hybrid working model with 40% remote work. On-site presence required based on business needs. Occasional travel to other Belgian sites and nearby international locations may be necessary.
Mission Context:
We are establishing a local low-code development practice within the Digital (IT) team. The role of the Low Code Evangelist is newly created to enhance collaboration between IT (Power Platform / Copilot / AI) and business stakeholders. The primary goal is to raise awareness, inspire, and support business stakeholders in identifying low-code and AI opportunities, thereby contributing to a sustainable development pipeline for the technical team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Evangelize low-code and AI solutions across business teams.
- Build and maintain close relationships with business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions.
- Identify, qualify, and shape business opportunities.
- Feed the development pipeline for the IT team.
- Collaborate with change management & adoption teams, business analysts, developers, and architects.
- Contribute to communication and adoption strategies.
Typical Day/Week:
The role is highly varied with no fixed typical day. A typical week may include:
- Meetings with business stakeholders (local & international).
- Ideation and refinement workshops.
- Demos of Power Platform & Copilot capabilities.
- Awareness and inspiration sessions (AI / low-code).
- Coordination with business analysts and technical teams.
- Contribution to communication and adoption actions.
Must Have:
- Technical background with strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot / AI agents.
- Ability to clearly articulate the business value of low-code and AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong ability to convince, inspire, and engage.
- Very good facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
- Comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders (from operational teams to senior management).
- English proficiency (spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in change management, adoption, or digital transformation.
- Interest in or exposure to AI / GenAI.
- International experience.
