Responsibilities:
- Platform Operations: Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of the internal development platform.
- Improvement Detection: Proactively monitor to detect bottlenecks and identify improvements to be implemented by the product development team.
- Feature Implementation: Deploy and configure new features and services within the internal development platform.
- Developer Enablement: Assist development teams following DevOps principles and processes.
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to platform components, resources, and deployments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Azure Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Azure. Azure Administrator Associate certification is a plus.
- Kubernetes: Proven experience managing and maintaining Kubernetes environments.
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in monitoring and observability, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable product improvements.
- CI/CD: Experience in software development lifecycles and deployment pipelines.
- Software Affinity: Affinity with software development; familiarity with the Java Spring stack is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both infrastructure and product development teams.
- Curiosity: Eager to investigate complex challenges, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and think outside of the box.
