Job Description:

We are looking for a technical-functional SAP Cloud IAG expert to join our team on a part-time basis for the implementation of SAP Cloud IAG as a provisioning and management solution. You will assist in the design and implementation of our SAP Cloud IAG solution and participate in the go-live and hypercare activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical-functional support and advice on the implementation of SAP Cloud IAG, focusing on:
  • Access Analysis Service: Set up the SoD analysis framework, replacing the existing SAP GRC Access Control solution for legacy SAP systems, and integrating SAP Ariba.
  • Privileged Access Management Service: Implement PAM for the existing on-premise SAP environment and extend for the ongoing S/4HANA implementation.
  • Role Design Service and Access Request Service: Migrate existing business roles from SAP Identity Management and in-house access request solution into SAP Cloud IAG, ensuring proper workflow setup with required approvals and automatic provisioning. This includes analysis of HR triggers for automatic access requests.
  • Access Certification Service: Implement a framework and workflows regarding access certification and attestation across the SAP cloud and on-premise landscape.
• Analyze architectural and functional requirements for integration with a third-party Identity Governance solution.
• Document and configure solutions for bugs and changes.
• Manage the relationship with internal clients to critically capture and analyze their improvement requests.
• Proactively apply best practices and propose improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent by experience.
• Proven experience using Dutch, French, and English at work, with the ability to communicate clearly, participate in meetings, write documentation, and engage with business and technical stakeholders.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in implementing and operating SAP Cloud IAG, both technical and functional, specifically integrating with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors, including SOD analysis during access request handling.
• At least 5 years of proven experience with SAP authorizations on ECC, GRC, S/4HANA, and at least 2 of the following SAP SaaS solutions: BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or C4C/CDC.
• Knowledge of provisioning and authorization concepts on SAP SaaS Cloud solutions and S/4HANA.
• Integration experience between SAP Cloud IAG and SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Integration experience between SAP Cloud IAG and SAP SaaS.

Additional Information:

• All work and knowledge transfer must be performed onsite 2 days per week.
• This is not a PM or coordinator position and will require hands-on work with knowledge transfer to the internal SAP Security team.
• Proven experience requires staying on a project/operations for at least 9 months. Shorter missions will not be calculated towards the requested experience years.
