Supply Chain Assistant

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: 18/05/2026

• Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension
• Work Regime: Full-time
• Location: Flexibility to work both from office premises and remotely from home, with an onsite presence required 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Check incoming Purchase Orders from customers and generate Purchase Orders to sub-contractors.
• Organize shipments of goods to sub-contractors worldwide and final goods to customers.
• Discuss production status with the project manager/Test Engineer.
• Support the Europractice team in order management and shipments.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Fundamentals of supply chain and production planning.

• Logistics and international shipping coordination.
• Stakeholder communication (customers, subcontractors, internal teams).
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
