The role is to provide administrative support to the 'Back Office' cell, under the responsibility of the department assistant.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparation and collation of documents, presentations and briefings required for meetings.
Support in the preparation of seminars and trips.
Efficient organization and management of events.
Carrying out the necessary logistical procedures for meetings (catering, internal and external orders), welcoming visitors, etc.
Update of the manager’s professional and private contacts, management and organization of his business trips.
Processing and management of the manager’s internal and external correspondence.
Management and follow-up of orders and invoices for the department (good knowledge of SAP, Fiori and 2020).
Archiving and filing of official and confidential documents.
Good command of Dutch and French. The willingness to take courses to improve bilingualism is appreciated. Trilingualism is an asset.
Basic training required: Secretariat.
Desired experience: Administrative and multidisciplinary knowledge.
Required skills: PPT, XLS, Word, Outlook, SAP, Évangélisation.
Personal qualities: Discretion, respect for confidentiality, team spirit, communication, organization, and desire to develop one’s skills.
