Senior Application Developer C++ / Pro*C

Work Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid (2 days on-site per week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Application Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new software features and maintaining existing ones in our mediation product. This role requires strong technical skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and prioritize software requirements.
• Design, develop, and test robust software solutions using the Pro*C programming language.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software functionality and performance issues.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including software processes, specifications, and user manuals.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of software systems across environments.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Strong proficiency in C++ / Pro*C programming language.
• Experience working with database management systems such as Oracle.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Bitbucket.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as Cloudbees, SonarQube, Nexus, and Ansible.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
