We are looking for an Interim UX Designer to support a digital transformation within the Retail & B2B department. You will be part of the digital team in the Customer Channel department. Utilizing a Design Thinking approach, you will collaborate closely with service designers, UX designers, UI designers, UX copywriters, UX researchers, product owners, and developers. Your role will involve co-designing intuitive, human-centered interfaces across various digital products and touchpoints, including those with AI-assisted capabilities. You will ensure the coherence of the customer journey across residential, professional, and large company segments by designing and improving digital interfaces that are useful, usable, and coherent. The mission will primarily be conducted in Brussels and is expected to last about 9 to 12 months, depending on departmental developments.
Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and user flow mapping across web and app environments.
