For a customer we are looking for an Azure Cloud Engineer.

Period: 01/06/2026 – 31/12/2026 with option to extend
Location: Schaerbeek & remote (onsite 1 day a week)
Language skills: Dutch and / or French + English

Context

This role supports the hybrid cloud platform with a focus on Azure (primary) and AWS (secondary). The engineer works on both operational support (ITIL) and change & project delivery within both cloud environments.

Design and management of: Azure Landing Zones, Azure Policies & RBAC, Resource governance & tagging, Cost Management & budgets, Azure Networking (VNet, Peering, ExpressRoute, Private Link, Firewall)
Automation & CI / CD: Terraform, Bicep, Python scripting, Azure DevOps Pipelines & GitHub Actions
Security Hardening (Defender for Cloud, RBAC, Policy)
Sparring partner of the Cloud Architect
AWS (Secondary)
Lower stone of existing and new workloads within AWS
