Job Title: Agile Coach

Duration: 6 months, with the intention to extend for at least 3 months

Job Summary:
We are actively looking for a seasoned Agile Coach with proven experience in a scaled agile environment, preferably LeSS. You will work alongside a team of Agile facilitators to guide teams in adapting, collaborating, and delivering value efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for one product team, helping them become effective, self-managing, and focused on delivering customer value.
- Support the growth and effectiveness of the wider product group by assisting Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams.
- Mentor Scrum Masters, helping them evolve into true servant-leaders who can coach their own teams and drive organizational change.
- Coach Product Owners in mastering value maximization and becoming true owners of product vision, stakeholder negotiation, and empirical planning.
- Accelerate team maturity by coaching teams on self-organization, conflict resolution, and taking full ownership of their commitments.
- Identify organizational impediments and influence decision-makers to implement structural changes that improve flow.
Skills & Expertise:
- Over 10 years of experience in Agile environments, with at least five years as an Enterprise Agile Coach or Lead Agile Coach.
- Deep practical understanding of LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) and the organizational design implications of scaling.
- Hands-on coaching mindset with the ability to develop team ownership and autonomy.
- Proven track record in training and mentoring junior coaches or Scrum Masters.
- Experience in coaching teams in product development and product management within a software delivery environment.
- Strong vision combined with strong listening skills and the ability to help teams experiment with new ways of working.
- Pragmatic and flexible in finding the best way to fit agile methodology in specific contexts.
- Strong team spirit and ability to engage in new environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust to stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ability to work in a multi-team environment, create an inclusive environment, and manage conflicts.
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
