Job Title: Agile Coach

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: 6 months, with the intention to extend for at least 3 months

Job Summary:

We are actively looking for a seasoned Agile Coach with proven experience in a scaled agile environment, preferably LeSS. You will work alongside a team of Agile facilitators to guide teams in adapting, collaborating, and delivering value efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for one product team, helping them become effective, self-managing, and focused on delivering customer value.
• Support the growth and effectiveness of the wider product group by assisting Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, helping them evolve into true servant-leaders who can coach their own teams and drive organizational change.
• Coach Product Owners in mastering value maximization and becoming true owners of product vision, stakeholder negotiation, and empirical planning.
• Accelerate team maturity by coaching teams on self-organization, conflict resolution, and taking full ownership of their commitments.
• Identify organizational impediments and influence decision-makers to implement structural changes that improve flow.

Skills & Expertise:

• Over 10 years of experience in Agile environments, with at least five years as an Enterprise Agile Coach or Lead Agile Coach.
• Deep practical understanding of LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) and the organizational design implications of scaling.
• Hands-on coaching mindset with the ability to develop team ownership and autonomy.
• Proven track record in training and mentoring junior coaches or Scrum Masters.
• Experience in coaching teams in product development and product management within a software delivery environment.
• Strong vision combined with strong listening skills and the ability to help teams experiment with new ways of working.
• Pragmatic and flexible in finding the best way to fit agile methodology in specific contexts.
• Strong team spirit and ability to engage in new environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to work in a multi-team environment, create an inclusive environment, and manage conflicts.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
