Project Manager HR

Location: Brussels (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager HR with strong skills in implementing software tools to support the HR department on key projects that bring added value to all employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR projects from start to finish, primarily focusing on HR platforms.

  • Oversee project evolution and develop change measures to ensure cost-efficient delivery of expected results.
  • Handle project scope, budget, and planning.
  • Maintain close relations with all stakeholders, including different partners, and coordinate the work of project team members (internal and third parties).
  • Establish clear agreements with project partners and follow up on commitments and realizations.
  • Ensure integration quality and solutions across different project groups.
  • Participate in analysis workshops and ensure requirements are captured in the blueprint.
  • Provide project documentation on planning, communication, UAT, etc.
  • Organize UAT tests and follow up on testing progress and bug fixing.
  • Escalate blocking issues to partners to secure project deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including the implementation of HR software platforms.

  • Experience within a Human Resources environment or a strong interest in HR processes and employee experience.
  • Sound experience in project management methodologies, practices, and tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect and assess dependencies, issues, and risks, and drive solutions.
  • Ability to structure projects with several partners involved.
  • Ability to create project overviews to ensure transparency to all stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills and a good listener.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
