Senior Functional QA Consultant / Feature Quality Owner

Project Overview:

The role is part of a new initiative focusing on digitalising the referral prescription process and medical proposals between healthcare actors. The platform centralises and exchanges sensitive healthcare data, ensuring prescriptions and treatment proposals are processed reliably, securely, and error-free. Given the critical nature of the platform, the number of actors involved, and the volume of prescriptions per year, functional validation must be conducted with high rigor. The objective is to ensure that business rules, workflows, data exchanges, and user experience are validated end-to-end before reaching production. The project already includes automated testing capabilities, and the role aims to strengthen the functional quality layer by ensuring proper test analysis, coverage definition, execution discipline, and structured reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse user stories and functional specifications to ensure full testability of healthcare workflows (shift-left).
• Design and maintain functional test scenarios covering business rules and end-to-end processes.
• Identify functional gaps, edge cases, and integration risks across the platform.
• Maintain structured test cases and regression suites in a test management tool (TestLink or equivalent).
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests across supported platforms.
• Ensure accurate tracking of test execution and defect status.
• Report on test coverage, execution progress, and defect follow-up.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyse and resolve defects.
• Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to release validation and Go / No-Go recommendations.

Mandatory Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in functional software testing.
• Proven experience as Test Analyst or Feature Quality Owner.
• Strong experience in test analysis, scenario design, and functional validation.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Experience managing test cases in TestLink, Xray, Zephyr scale, Octane, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Jira or equivalent tools.
• Experience supporting UAT campaigns with business stakeholders.
