Job Description:

The primary role of the SAP Supply Chain Management S/4HANA Project Manager is to work closely with customers to drive the successful delivery of the project, particularly around SAP supply chain and integration. The Project Manager will be part of the S/4 implementation program. As Project Manager, you will be part of the SAP Supply Chain team and report to your Team Lead. You will be responsible for the timely delivery of your projects, working closely with a counterpart from the system integrator to ensure deliverables are met for business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process.
• Ensure that the project meets its deliverables in the agreed schedule, as per the scope, within the stipulated budget, and as per the quality standards.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Ensure project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties.
• Liaise with client, IT Teams, and the implementation partner on an ongoing basis.
• Diagnose and evaluate potential risks and issues throughout the project and execute appropriate plans to mitigate them. Report regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders regarding risks.
• Be a key member of the overall Project Delivery Services Team.
• Ability to steer the solution towards clean core principles.
• Utilize several PMO tools such as Jira, Confluence, ARIS BPMN for coordination meetings.

Conformity Criteria:

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Proven experience with IT management methodologies (ITIL, IT4IT).
• 10+ years of relevant experience with project management in SAP.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP supply chain warehousing projects.
• Able to work 3 days on-site (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) close to Brussels South Railway.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Functional knowledge of the capabilities in SAP S/4HANA stockroom management, SAP WM.
• Functional knowledge about integration between ECC and S/4 Hana.
• Functional knowledge about integration with PM/PP/PS in a Rail & Mobility context is an asset.
• Proven project experience with SAP mobile devices in warehouse environments.
• Functional knowledge about Kardex tower integrations.
• Expertise in O365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Experience in steering projects via Jira.
• Experience in documenting within Confluence.
• History as a SAP consultant in SCM is a plus.
• Proven experience in participating in change management via ADKAR & SAP Activate methodologies.
