Senior Tech Lead 

Location: Brussels (2 days on-site presence required)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee specific squads to ensure projects are executed in accordance with contractual obligations and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Financial management of budgets exceeding 2 million.
• Assess, evaluate, and implement requirements against the scope of the project; manage project plan and budget.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Handle multiple stakeholders, work streams, and related tasks simultaneously.
• Detect potential issues and implement solutions to prevent delays or impacts on budget or business operations.
• Lead and inspire a technical team, including developers, business analysts, technical writers, and testers.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 7+ years of related experience in Project Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other project management tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization.
• Experience in Azure DevOps and ability to efficiently manage a backlog.
• Experienced in managing the delivery of custom-built solutions (e.g., .NET, Angular technology framework).
• Skilled in Agile Project Management methodologies and techniques.
• Passionate about good Project Management practices and willing to share experience.
• Interest in AI technology is a plus.
