Work Regime: Full-time (2 to 3 days per week remote work possible)

Service Description:

As a Quality Assurance & Support Expert, you will contribute to the development and implementation of a structured Quality Management framework within the EPS team. You will support the alignment of quality processes, tools, and guidelines across engineering, procurement, and operational activities, based on internal analyses and ISO9001 principles. This role combines framework development with hands-on operational support, including supplier qualification, quality follow-up, reporting, and documentation management. You will work in a technical environment involving high-voltage equipment and collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers and inspectors.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development, alignment, and implementation of a Quality Management framework, including processes, tools, and reporting.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into a practical and effective quality framework with clear milestones.
• Support supplier qualification processes, including preparation of supplier audits and evaluation of quality systems.
• Develop and maintain quality control plans for supplier activities during manufacturing and site installation.
• Support follow-up of inspections (factory and site acceptance tests) and ensure proper follow-up of non-conformities and action plans.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of quality dashboards based on KPI data and feedback from the field.
• Support the setup and usage of document exchange platforms (e.g., SharePoint) and ensure proper organization and archiving of technical documentation and data.
• Assist in process mapping and documentation (flowcharts, swimlanes, PACI tables) at team and department level.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, procurement, quality, IT, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure alignment and quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Technical or engineering background or equivalent experience.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001) and supplier follow-up.
• Experience with process mapping and process modeling (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC or similar).
• Comfortable working with procedures, templates, and IT tools (e.g., document management systems, databases).
• Willingness to travel within Belgium and Europe for site visits and supplier interactions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset.

• Experience or affinity with high-voltage or primary systems equipment.
• Experience with technical documentation management and engineering tools.
• Experience in a technical or infrastructure environment.
