Start Date: 1 June 2026
End Date: 31 December 2026
Location: Remote (within Europe)
Description:
The Greenfield Program aims to transform the current fragmented and heavily customized web landscape into a scalable, cloud-native platform based on AEM Cloud (AEMaaCS). By introducing a decoupled, headless architecture, the program will significantly improve performance, flexibility, and speed of delivery across all Business Areas. The initiative includes the migration of 400+ websites and ~50TB of content, establishing a standardized and future-ready foundation that reduces operational complexity and total cost of ownership. A key component is the implementation of a China-compliant delivery model, ensuring local hosting, regulatory compliance, and integration readiness for regional ecosystems. The new platform will be AI-ready, enabling integration with AI crawlers, intelligent search, and personalization capabilities, while providing real-time, context-aware user experiences. Built-in DevSecOps practices, automated pipelines, and enterprise-grade security will ensure continuous delivery, stability, and compliance without the need for future upgrades. The program will also establish a scalable operating model, leveraging IT Hub resources to enable decentralized development and faster time-to-market, while maintaining governance and consistency across Business Areas. Overall, the Greenfield Program is designed to stabilize the platform, accelerate innovation, reduce costs, and enable long-term digital growth across the organization.
