Responsibilities:

• Support employees in adopting Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, AvePoint, etc.) as part of an ongoing digital transformation.
• Work mainly on IT-related initiatives such as Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, and IT Security.
• Gather information from technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and impact analyses.
• Design and execute change management plans using Prosci / ADKAR methodologies.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, webinars, and user coaching sessions, including for senior management.
• Create adoption and learning materials such as one-pagers, user guides, FAQs, presentations, and videos/recordings.
• Challenge technical teams from an adoption and user perspective.
• Monitor user adoption and adapt change plans based on feedback.

Must Have:

• Proven experience in Change Management.
• Ability to build and run change plans end-to-end.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on use of Prosci / ADKAR.
• Strong autonomy and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and resistance management.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot).
