Role Overview:

The role involves driving the adoption of IT services and improving communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage an IT Service Catalogue.
• Drive adoption of IT tools and processes across the network.
• Translate IT topics into clear business value for operational teams.
• Act as an internal ambassador of IT.
• Build and maintain a user-oriented IT service catalogue.
• Ensure bilingual adaptation (Dutch/French) aligned with local culture.
• Promote IT solutions and manage change adoption, including stakeholder buy-in.
• Communicate proactively with updates, tools, and best practices.
• Organize community sessions, roadshows, and presentations.
• Simplify technical topics into business-friendly messaging.
• Align closely with IT management on strategy and communication.
• Manage stakeholders across business departments.
• Collect field feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Profile Requirements:

• Strong background in Change Management, IT Communication, or IT Marketing.
• Experience in complex environments.
• Good understanding of IT service frameworks (e.g., ITIL), applied pragmatically.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics.
