BW/4HANA Application Analyst - Developer Technics + Procurement

Responsibilities:
- Work within the BI & Analytics team as an application analyst/developer for projects related to train maintenance.
- Combine roles of Application Owner, Developer, and Functional Analyst.
- Identify and document needs for reports and dashboards.
- Translate needs into functional specifications for reporting purposes.
- Maintain regular contact with various departments and directors.
- Conduct site visits to workshops throughout the country.
- Provide input and proposals regarding reporting techniques through mock-ups, Proof of Concepts, and best practices.
- Validate reports and dashboards developed by internal or external developers.
- Document solutions and keep documentation up-to-date.
- Coordinate with users, suppliers, and stakeholders to develop and manage roadmaps for improvements, bugs, and incidents.
- Serve as the point of contact for colleagues and business stakeholders.
- Monitor consistency with existing business and solution architecture.
- Consult with Enterprise, System, and Solution Architects as needed.
- Contribute to the development of test scenarios, functional testing, and data cleansing.
Conformity Criteria:
- Master's degree in a related field: IT, (commercial) engineering, economics.
- Over 15 years of experience in SAP BW-BW/4HANA.
- Over 3 years of experience in the railway sector.
- Relevant SAP certifications: BW, BW/4HANA, Datasphere.
- Ability to come to the office on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Evaluation Criteria:
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role (Application Owner, Functional Analyst, SAP BW developer, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge and experience with reporting tools: SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, Webi, BO, SAP Analytics Cloud, and PowerBi.
- Experience with migration processes from BW (7.x) to BW/4HANA.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and SAP PM.
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, PM, and PS is a plus.
- Familiarity with various analysis techniques (use cases, scenario development, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum.
- Proactive, strong problem-solving and practical skills, organized.
