Veeva Platform / Vault Consultants Job Description

For a client, we are seeking two Veeva Platform / Vault Consultants with 3-8 years of experience. Nearshoring is permitted except for candidates from the UK and Germany. Depth of Veeva experience is valued more than general pharmaceutical seniority.

Start and end dates to be discussed upon application.

Location:

Brussel-hoofdstad, with a requirement for 2 days of on-site presence.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily team touchpoints to align on progress and priorities.
• Handle change requests (CRQs), security-related configurations, and platform improvements.
• Write and maintain technical and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate closely with IT compliance, security teams, and various business domains.
• Attend weekly extended team meetings and monthly SME community sessions across domains.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and up-to-date Veeva Vault Platform Administration certification (current year mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience as a Veeva Vault SME / administrator.
• Experience in regulated (GxP) environments.
• Ability to run change requests end-to-end (configuration, testing, documentation).
• Strong documentation skills (technical and compliance).
• Ability to work autonomously while being fully integrated into a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
