Position: IT Functional Service Desk Agent

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 31/12/2026

Location: Waals-Brabant

Languages Required: Dutch and French; English is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support on business applications to customers in both corporate and dealer environments.
• Support incidents related to in-house applications for specific projects.
• Provide support on Windows 10/11 and Office software (O365).
• Handle and follow up on IT incidents and questions received via phone and/or ticketing tool.
• Escalate issues to other teams and partners when necessary.
• Create, review, and maintain documentation, and draft communications for customers.

Requirements:

• IT all-rounder with a good technical background and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications (Office 365).
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French; good knowledge of English is a plus.
• Ability to identify the cause of problems in a complex environment and quickly offer effective solutions or workarounds.
• First experience in a similar position is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 (in shifts, e.g., 08h-17h, 09h-18h)
• Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
