Process Management Officer

Mission Context:
We are looking for an experienced Process Management Officer to join the Marketing & Communication department. The mission involves creating and documenting new process governance for the department, updating pre-existing processes from before the re-organization, and creating and documenting new processes where necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Define and analyze existing business models using process modeling techniques and methods.
- Manage end-to-end process description (AS IS and TO BE).
- Design high-level processes and clarify them to the level of work instructions.
- Review and update existing process descriptions and model data.
- Develop process strategies.
- Process governance, documentation, and optimization.
- Document management.
- Accurate reporting towards management.
- Coaching.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Education and Certification:
Relevant education around process/project management.
Telework Expectation:
50% on-site & 50% homeworking.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical writing skills and experience with process modeling techniques and methods.
- Good expertise in MS Office (including SharePoint).
- Good experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts preferable.
Business Experience:
Preferable marketing and communications-related experience.
