Senior Project Manager

Project Overview:
The client is expanding its use of SAP SuccessFactors from basic Employee and Organisational data towards a global Compensation solution. The programme includes:
- Moving salary/pay-related data from local systems into SuccessFactors.
- Implementing SuccessFactors Compensation/Compensation Review to replace current PowerBI and Excel-driven bonus and merit increase processes with automated planning and governance.
- Integrating payroll with local payroll system.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and drive an end-to-end project approach for the global SuccessFactors Compensation initiative.
- Lead requirements definition with business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, completeness, and prioritisation.
- Facilitate workshops to capture current state, pain points, and future-state needs.
- Coordinate the RFP process for implementation partner selection.
- Drive decisions on data migration scope and ensure documentation and sign-off.
- Ensure alignment and design decisions for compensation data model, review cycles, integration principles, and payroll integration approach.
- Lead stakeholder management across various departments and external vendors.
- Implement pragmatic governance, including decision forums, steering cadence, status reporting, actions tracking, and clear RACI.
- Track progress and ensure delivery quality through testing phases, cutover planning, and go-live preparation.
- Build and maintain project documentation and provide transparent reporting on timeline, risks, and budget assumptions.
Technical Profile Requirements:
- Proven Project Management experience in HR technology/HRIS programmes.
- Strong functional understanding of SAP SuccessFactors from a business perspective.
- Mandatory experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Compensation Review.
- Strong knowledge of SF Employee Central.
- Experience with global data and process harmonisation.
- Vendor management experience and familiarity with RFP-driven selection.
- Good understanding of integration concepts impacting HR/payroll ecosystems.

- Resilient, diplomatic, and able to handle conflicting priorities and interests.
Methodology/Certification Requirements:
- Project Management certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, Agile/Scrum exposure).
- Ability to adapt methodology to vendor delivery approach and business readiness.
Language Proficiencies:
- English: Fluent (spoken and written)
- Other languages are a plus
Contract Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Programme runs until end of 2027; initial contract intended until end of 2026, with extension potential based on programme needs.
- Workload: Full-time preferred; 4/5 possible.
