Senior Functional Analyst

For a client we are seeking a Senior Functional Analyst with over 5 years of experience in managing the functional design of information systems.

• Hours per Week: 40

Responsibilities

• Create concepts and manage planning for preliminary analysis and design phases.
• Perform functional analysis of information systems and develop functional designs post-prestudy.
• Support changes and enhancements from development through production.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements.
• Develop new program requirements and specifications to support specific customer needs.
• Support system upgrades and resolve issues with current systems.
• Analyze service requests to determine feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements, and project time estimates.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies, Analytical thinking, Collaboration, Data-driven approaches, IT Security, and Software development.

Desired Skills and Certifications

• Technical skills in DQL/SQL and Microsoft Teams.
