Business and Project Analyst 

For a client, we are seeking a Business and Project Analyst. The consultant will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Business and IT, contributing to technological advancements through automation and AI knowledge. 

Practical Details:

• Start Date: 15-06-2026
• End Date: 31/12/2026
• Location: Brussels
• Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week, 3 days/week remote

Responsibilities:

• Support the business in leveraging new technologies for efficiency and navigating complex operational realities.
• Define business expectations and collaborate with implementation teams.
• Advocate for the use of AI and automation within the company.
• Analyze and describe solution requirements based on business needs.
• Apply AI knowledge.
• Coordinate the implementation of new technologies across cross-functional projects.
• Train and assist the business in optimal tool usage.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience or in a similar role.
• Excellent command of Dutch and/or French, with good English proficiency.
• Degree in civil engineering, commercial engineering, a master's in science, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of AI and automation technologies available in the market.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Professional experience in AI implementation within a large company.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and take initiative with a solution-oriented approach.
• Customer-focused, flexible, critically minded, and a true team player.

Additional Information:

Onsite presence required for 2 days per week.
