Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer

Location: Brussels

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date: 31/12/2026, with the possibility of extension

Work Regime: 2 days on-site per week, 3 days remote work

Language Requirements: Dutch, French, and English

Responsibilities:

• Guide development teams and the client in consistently applying chosen methodologies, ensuring core agile values remain intact.
• Navigate organizational complexities where certain roles may not fully align with a strictly agile framework.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Senior professional with strong methodological expertise and a pragmatic mindset.
• Assertiveness to guide teams and clients effectively.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
