General Project Leader

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful implementation of projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to ensure the most cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Develop, manage, and track the progress of project plans, ensuring projects are completed within budget and milestones are achieved.
- Assemble and lead project teams, coordinating, motivating, and directing team members from various departments.
- Ensure both functional and technical aspects of the proposed architecture are implemented.
- Monitor risks and devise alternative solutions when necessary.
- Coordinate integration and acceptance tests.
- Evaluate changes and conduct impact analyses.
- Provide leadership and facilitate meetings with project teams, steering groups, department managers, and third parties.
- Chair steering committee meetings and lead necessary transversal adjustments.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management.
- Manage projects involving more than 1000 man-days and coordinate various sub-projects.
