For a client in Brussels, we are looking for 2 Senior Test Automators.

Start date: 01/06/2026
End date: 31/12/2027 (19 months)

Work regime: Full-time (2 days onsite)

Required languages: Dutch/French + English

Responsibilities

• Clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Accurately document the results of automated testing.
• Define and lead test automation strategies (tools, architecture, test coverage).
• Provide quality reporting to various stakeholders (developers, QA, management).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Coach and support teams in the testing domain.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in application testing.
• Expertise in Agile & Scrum and BDD.
• Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, JSON, OpenAPI, XML, Angular, SpringBoot, HTML, and API/ActiveMQ.
• Experience with Confluence, Gherkin, Jira, test plans, Playwright, and XRay Tools.
• Good knowledge of ISTQB standards.

• Ability to take a leading role in defining the test automation strategy.
• Relevant experience in reporting software quality to different stakeholders.
• Experience in coaching within the testing domain.
