As part of strengthening IT governance and supplier mastery, we are looking for a Lead Architect in Infrastructure & Cloud Governance to structure and manage the governance practices of IT and cloud environments. You will act as a cross-functional expert to define, formalize and manage the infrastructure and cloud governance framework, in collaboration with IT, security, business lines and suppliers. The mission is focused on strategic framing, governance and management, excluding any operational technical activity (implementation, configuration, support).
Define the IT & cloud governance framework.
Formalize the guiding principles, standards and rules of use.
Implement decision-making, arbitration, and steering models.
Structure roles and responsibilities (IT, business lines, security, suppliers).
Define the target cloud operational models.
Structure the governance of platforms (landing zones, services, uses).
Develop the cloud transformation roadmap and trajectory.
Structure the management of IT and cloud providers.
Participate in calls for tenders and drafting governance documents.
Ensure consistency of external services.
Produce framework documents, governance models and RACI matrices.
Structure reference documentation and organizational standards.
Assist architecture and governance committees.
Microsoft MCSE and MCSD certification.
Vmware certification.
Network security expertise.
Confirmed experience in a DSO.
Minimum 10 years' experience in infra architecture.
Experience in creating and monitoring operational and technical documentation for systems.
Proven experience with firewall, routing/switching, WiFi, DHCP and DNS technologies.
Proven experience in an AWS or Azure public cloud environment.
French level C2.
CCNP / CCIE certification.
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification.
Proven experience in monitoring and tuning IT infrastructure systems.
