Responsibilities:

Platform Engineering:

• Develop and maintain the Data Science & AI platform, enabling experimentation, deployment, and monitoring of ML workloads.
• Integrate best practices in MLOps, CI/CD for data products, and scalable infrastructure.

Data Ingestion & Transformation:

• Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines, ensuring reliability, quality, and security.
• Develop transformations and data models supporting analytics and advanced use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize and operationalize features and datasets.

Collaboration & Enablement:

• Work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Architects to enable high-quality, reusable data assets.
• Ensure platform usability, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Conformity Criteria:

• 3 years or more of experience in data and platform engineering.
• Proven expertise in cloud services for industrialized data analytics projects.
• Proven expertise in Databricks (core runtime, jobs, workflows, Delta Lake).
• Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to come to the office on Tuesday and Thursday.

Evaluation Criteria:

• PySpark and Python skills.
• Level of experience in setting up AI and Data Science platforms.
• Communication skills.
• Knowledge of:
  • Python
  • SQL
  • Git, CI/CD
  • Cloud platforms (Azure is an asset)
  • Containerization principles (Docker/K8s)
