Manager of the Process Team
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Quarterly contracts (pending permanent employment)
Work Regime: Full-time
Office Days: 4 to 5 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Support the prioritization of change requests and guide Process Product Owners.
- Ensure compliance with change governance and confirm the overall Process Product roadmap.
- Establish and maintain a strategic Process Product roadmap and framework in alignment with the company's strategy.
- Utilize standardized BPMN methodology tools for designing, maintaining, and archiving Business Processes.
- Evaluate change requests using a standardized framework and coordinate focus on critical changes.
- Prepare and present process product roadmaps at relevant governance forums.
- Review newly submitted change requests, ensuring high-level impact analysis at the start.
- Ensure alignment across all Process Product Owners by identifying dependencies and clear demarcations.
- Compile roadmap reporting, providing visibility on the status and impact of initiatives.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including PMO Change Manager, Business owners, Implementation Manager, Delivery partners (IT, Engineering), Customer Service Managers, and Account Managers.
- Report to the Transformation Lead who owns the overall change roadmap.
Leadership:
- Manage a team of 7, responsible for their respective Product Roadmaps.
- Steer and coach Process Product Owners, ensuring effective onboarding.
- Create an environment for growth and development of competencies, knowledge, and skills.
- Build a diverse team to manage challenges related to designing and optimizing changes to Process Products at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
- Manage team capacity, considering priorities set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, managing change and leading a team.
- Master's degree in a business or technology domain, or equivalent experience and industry insights.
- Experience in the ICT/telecom sector is ideal.
- Passion and dedication for Change with a deep understanding of change governance frameworks.
- Ability to maintain oversight, prioritize, and identify dependencies between Process Products and related products.
- Strong reporting and presenting skills towards internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and manage expectations confidently.
- Proficient in motivating a team and steering them in their methodology.
- English proficiency is essential; Dutch is an asset.
