Service Description:

The role involves managing various applications that drive business communication within the digital workplace. The successful candidate will work closely with different teams to ensure applications run smoothly, meet business needs, and that updates or changes are communicated effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Define functional and technical requirements for software solutions focused on communication.
• Configure applications to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of customer requirements in existing solutions/applications.
• Initiate and participate in further developments and improvements to the software.
• Ensure support for the integration of software into the application and system landscape.
• Support testers in preparation, conduction, and evaluation of test scenarios when required.
• Ensure operations and applications maintenance with the product team.
• Support the product owner in license negotiations, defining SLAs, and supplier management.
• Assist the product owner with IT cost estimates and advise on team composition.
• Advise key-users on best practices.
• Conduct market analysis and fit-gap analyses.

Requirements:

• University degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
• At least 3 years of experience with web technology.
• Confident handling of MS O365 standard software.
• Experience in IT provider management and IT operations management is an advantage, as well as knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
• Sound experience in planning, development, operation, and further development of applications or software systems.
• Sound knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including abroad.

Languages:

• Very good knowledge of English, Dutch, and French (at least C1 level).
• German is a plus.
