Business Analyst - Expert

Responsibilities:

• Analyze issues and propose improvements for products and services.
• Evaluate change requests and identify solutions with squad colleagues.
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as an interface with stakeholders.
• Bridge business needs with IT, defining business scope, target operating model, and interfaces.
• Follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good spoken communication skills recommended.
• French: Good spoken communication skills recommended.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.

Education:

Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.

Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory technical experience, preferably with knowledge of related systems and architecture.
• Business expertise in products, processes, and related services.
• Knowledge of the industry, especially in Belgium.
• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Preferable experience in project management and/or as a Product Owner.
• Experience with agile methodology.
