Salesforce Release Manager and Developer

Technical Skills Required:

• Expertise in Salesforce deployment and environment branching process.
• Proficiency with Jenkins and Microsoft TFS.
• Experience managing Salesforce releases with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to configure and develop on the Salesforce platform (JavaScript, Flow, Apex code, and front-end: React / LWC).
• Capability to identify incident/problem root causes and fix Apex code and flow issues.
• Mastery in data mass creation/modification (Service Catalogue, Timesheet, SA, etc.).
• Administration of users, user profiles, permission sets, user groups, and user queues.
• Comprehensive understanding of Object Manager, including field setup, page layout, lightning page, validation rules, etc.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of React and Salesforce Lightning Web Runtime is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Release Management:

• Manage source code version control using TFS and later Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Handle package management specific to each release.
• Complete specific release notes for each release.
• Manage automatic build and deployment where possible.
• Communicate with dedicated teams for development and build environment maintenance and evolution.
• Complete deployment procedures with necessary detail for self-execution.
• Execute deployment in different environments (TST, ACC, PRD) using deployment procedures.
• Support the client in self-deployment.
• Maintain environment planning for the unit.
• Interface with the IT community on Salesforce deployment topics.
• Perform monitoring and impact analysis during Salesforce technical upgrades.

Projects, Corrective & Evolutive Maintenance:

• Analyze and fix production incidents.
• Perform technical design, configuration, and Apex development for project implementation.
• Develop new front-end pages for the customer portal using Experience Cloud with React and Lightning Web Components.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Salesforce deployment lifecycle.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is desirable.
• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer, Platform Developer II, and Service Cloud Consultant are advantageous.
• Experience with TFS and Jenkins is a plus.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are beneficial.

This role involves working in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week on-site.
