Data Analyst

Role Description:

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with team members and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into hypotheses, verified using available client data. A strong analytical mind and a good understanding of the business context are essential. The role requires the ability to critically assess research needs, focus on key outcomes, and transform and analyze relevant data to support business needs or client-data related questions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, transform, and analyze raw data using sourcing techniques.
• Deliver business impact to improve customer approach.
• Present key conclusions and recommendations based on data in PowerPoint presentations.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Fluent (mandatory)
• French: Fluent (mandatory)
• English: Fluent (mandatory)

Education:

Master’s degree in economics or another academic background with substantial knowledge and experience in data and analytics in a business context.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.
• Proficient in SAS EG, SQL, and Python for data capture and transformation.
• Skilled in Power BI reporting.
• Experience with Gitlab is an asset.

Technical Skills:

• Data analysis expertise.
• Ability to set up ad hoc queries and reports.
• Eagerness to understand and analyze relevant data to answer business questions and provide recommendations.
