Senior Business Analyst Job Description

For a client, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a project starting on 01/07/2026 and ending on 31/12/2026.

Job Title: Cluster Business Analyst

Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Cluster Product Owner to scope and structure analysis work aligned with strategic focus on excellence and client-centricity.
• Shape refinements by providing data-driven insights and structured business analysis.
• Ensure insights are translated into measurable data to track the evolution of KPIs.
• Lead the business analysis for initiatives that improve charges flows by increasing transparency and efficiency, reducing operational manual activities.
• Engage stakeholders across different countries, document needs, and ensure functional alignment.
• Define and execute the onboarding roadmap for new countries/entities, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline and strategic milestones.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and ensure alignment across business, functional, and technical teams throughout the delivery cycle.
• Foster strong alignment and drive adoption of platforms across multi-entity teams, ensuring consistency in processes and tools.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in international payments & investigations.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience with requirements management preferable.
• Good knowledge of agile methodology.
• Solid track record in payments, charges, and related operations; a minimum of 10 years of experience.

• Solution delivery: Refine Opus/feature requirements, lead intake meetings and organization, drive delivery through effective stakeholder management, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.

Telework Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Travel: Paris or Lisbon 1 max 2 per year
