Business Analyst HR Data
The Assignment:
- Quickly become familiar with the HR landscape and people data.
- Continuously improve master data quality through hands-on, day-to-day initiatives.
- Participate in HRIS projects, gaining a solid understanding of business processes relying on people data.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, and document key insights, ranging from specific details to end-to-end overviews.
- Balance people, processes, and technology to support the team and achieve shared goals.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in delivering structure in HR data through tool implementations.
- Master principles like user stories, Kanban, PDCA, integration testing, and engage in conversations on integrations, APIs, and business rules specs.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or ServiceNow is beneficial.
- Experience in maintaining operational systems and data flows.
- Result-driven, reliable, dynamic, and accurate.
- Natural ability to bring structure and document work.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
