Senior Functional QA Consultant / Feature Quality Owner

End Date: 31/12/2026 (extendable)

Work Regime: Full-time, 2 days per week onsite

Location: Brussels

Languages Required: Dutch (fluent), French (good working knowledge), English (good working knowledge)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse user stories and functional specifications to ensure full testability of workflows (shift-left).
• Design and maintain functional test scenarios covering business rules and end-to-end processes.
• Identify functional gaps, edge cases, and integration risks across the platform.
• Maintain structured test cases and regression suites in a test management tool (TestLink or equivalent).
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests across supported platforms.
• Ensure accurate tracking of test execution and defect status.
• Report on test coverage, execution progress, and defect follow-up.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyse and resolve defects.
• Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to release validation and Go / No-Go recommendations.
• Contribute to the automation of regression and functional test suites, in collaboration with the automation team.

Mandatory Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Test Analyst.
• Experience supporting UAT campaigns with business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Experience managing test cases in TestLink, Xray, Zephyr scale, Octane, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Jira or equivalent tools.
