Job Description:
You will be responsible for setting up and delivering one or more projects within your field of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Estimate implementation efforts and costs with experts, team members, and external contractors.
- Communicate detailed project scope, planning, and budget to the project team.
- Manage risks and issues, escalating to management and customers when necessary.
- Represent the customer during project delivery and document lessons learned.
- Ensure proper transfer, documentation, and training to involved teams.
- Maintain oversight of current projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to the organization.
Coordination:
- Oversee multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously.
- Coordinate project team members effectively.
Conduct Studies:
- Design detailed studies in consultation with contractors.
- Determine functional specifications for new or existing solutions.
- Validate supplier offers and draft specification texts and study plans.
Reporting and Follow-up:
- Regularly update the Business Project Manager on project progress.
- Provide monthly project status reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor actual costs, efforts, and progress monthly.
Third Line Support:
- Address and resolve technical incidents and escalations.
- Analyze situations, contact involved parties, and initiate necessary actions.
Conformity Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of ARAB/AREI standards.
- Experience managing projects with budgets between €100k and €5M.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, or similar).
- Knowledge of IT networks, including physical infrastructure.
- Experience coordinating multiple suppliers in technical project environments.
- Proficiency in Excel and standard MS Office tools.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Experience in project risk and change management.
- Ability to join ongoing projects and become operational quickly.
- Experience in project reporting and financial follow-up.
- Experience managing contractors and writing/reviewing technical studies.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience resolving technical incidents and managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
