UX Designer 

For a client in Brussels we are seeking a UX Designer passionate about shaping user-centered digital experiences.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality digital experiences using innovative technologies. You will collaborate closely with Digital Technology teams to deliver impactful, inclusive, and seamless user experiences across the digital ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct user research and usability assessments to support design decisions.
• Design and prototype solutions using tools such as Figma and Figma Make.
• Perform UX/UI audits and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prototype AI-driven user experiences and explore emerging interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with development teams to bring designs to life.
• Contribute to the delivery of custom-built digital solutions across multiple domains.
• Support the design and evolution of agentic and generative AI-based platforms.

Your Background:

• 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Digital Product Design, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Figma Make, Lovable, or similar tools.
• Experience in research, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Curiosity and exposure to agentic and generative AI.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to justify design decisions.
