Service Description:
This critical role involves sourcing, recruiting, and selecting the best candidates for the organization. The focus is on driving a candidate-driven approach, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and engaging. Responsibilities include developing and updating job descriptions, analyzing job requirements and objectives, and preparing recruitment materials. The role requires sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases, social media, LinkedIn, job fairs, and other methods, while promoting the company as a "Top Employer." The Recruiter will partner with HR Business Partners and employer branding experts to set up campaigns to reach potential talent. Additional duties include screening candidate resumes and job applications, conducting interviews, assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, and participating in onboarding new employees. The Recruiter will support the creation of an overall recruiting strategy and implement the best approach for internal customers. Monitoring best practices in recruitment and collaborating proactively with HR Business Partners and department managers to identify future hiring needs is essential. Participation in internal team meetings, events, and projects is also required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is required.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in an IT/Corporate environment.
- Pro-active and result-oriented, accountable for deliverables.
- Flexible with an agile working attitude.
- Team player with an out-of-the-box mindset.
- Can-do attitude towards process improvement.
