Mission Context:
Do you possess extensive knowledge of professional loans and the credit acquisition process? Are you eager to apply this expertise in a product development environment? We are looking for a Product Expert to strengthen our Cluster "Credit Origination Professionals" within the Tribe Risk & Credit. As part of a customer-centric strategy, the Product Expert will be a transversal expert in one or more products, assisting various stakeholders in the management, development, and marketing of these products. The Product Expert will master the product's characteristics, including customer needs, alternatives, competitors, partners, functional characteristics, regulations, documentation, and processes.
Function Description:
- Serve as a bank-wide expert for professional credits.
- Act as a product reference for development, commercialization, and management, assisting stakeholders with detailed product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the product owner to determine new features and support the Squad during development.
- Translate regulatory specifications into new features, benefits, and opportunities for compliance.
- Monitor changing customer needs through research, direct contact, and End2End customer journey analyses for continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and competition to understand product and consumer behavior in professional credits.
- Develop product strategy for professional credits, assisting in defining vision and strategy, and prioritizing the strategic roadmap.
- Align professional credits product strategy with existing commercial and beyond banking strategy.
- Facilitate ideation tracks to develop new value propositions, enriching the professional loans portfolio.
- Support GoTo Market, communication, and sales for professional credits, preparing content for campaigns and sales channels.
- Validate fiscal, legal, and compliance aspects of campaigns with COEs and control functions.
- Assist in determining pricing policy, challenging Sales and Finance on product pricing.
- Build business cases to determine budget and revenue for new features/products/services.
- Produce reports on demand and regularly on commercial results and operational performance indicators.
- Analyze and interpret results, tracking success of new solutions and deriving potential improvements.
Language Requirements:
- Proficient in Dutch or French
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
Education:
Master or equivalent by experience
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with professional credit products and related processes
- Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods
- Expertise in MS Office
- Understanding of IT and testing
- Experience with requirements management preferable
Business Experience:
- Understanding of workflow processes
