CISO IAM Officer Description:

Within the Identity & Access Management Team, you will work as a CISO Officer for one or more core IAM systems. These systems are designed to enhance the digital identity and access rights of users, manage, and monitor within an organization. They play a critical role in cybersecurity by ensuring that only authorized users have access to the correct information and applications at the right time.

Responsibilities:

• Map and document the needs of the organization to the platform(s) for which you are responsible. Define the main KPIs and targets for the platform.
• Act as a central point of contact for the organization and for the suppliers and partners who contribute to the platform.
• Identify areas for improvement in the platform and customer journeys, prioritize new features, improvements, and technical debt based on data and customer feedback.
• Responsible for technical and operational management. Supervise the technical aspects and services that our partners provide.
• Actively contribute as a CISO officer for the use of these platforms within the organization. Manage regular verifications and support in audit reviews.
• Document solutions and ensure that the documentation is up to date.
• Ensure consistency with existing business and solution architecture at all times and consult with the Enterprise, System, and Solution Architects if necessary.
• Participate in the development of test scenarios, functional testing, and data cleaning.

Conformity Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor in Informatics or equivalent by experience.
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written), at least level B2.
