Description:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist to support our HRIS transformation roadmap. This includes the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors EC, implementation of new modules, and optimization of existing functionalities. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with a strong understanding of HR processes to translate functional requirements into scalable SuccessFactors configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation and Advisory:
- Business Alignment: Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and align application strategies accordingly.
- Problem Management: Investigate and suggest improvements to fix identified problems.
- Functional Analysis: Gather business requirements and translate them into functional analysis and recommend best practices.
- Documentation Management: Ensure the functional documentation is kept up to date.
- Advisory: Advise the internal team on best practices and sustainable solutions in the entire SuccessFactors suite, with an out-of-the-box approach first.
- Technical Expertise:
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SuccessFactors EC and related modules (LMS, ONB 2.0, REC, RMK, GMPM, People Analytics), with a primary focus on Recruitment, Onboarding, and Story Reporting.
- Development Lifecycle: Monitor system setup, testing, and validation.
- Go-Lives: Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.
- Data Quality: Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration and implementation lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Operational Excellence: Monitor system performance and propose enhancements.
- Innovation: Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and innovations.
- Business Enablement: Support training and documentation efforts for end-users.
Conformity Criteria:
- More than 10 years of relevant experience as a SuccessFactors Specialist in large organizations (+10,000 employees) with a mixed workforce.
- Proven experience with the implementation, maintenance, and support of SuccessFactors modules Onboarding, Recruitment, and Recruiting Marketing in an organization comparable in size and complexity.
- SuccessFactors Certifications:
- Associate Certification SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Associate Certification SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Associate Certification SuccessFactors Onboarding
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 for all three).
- Willing to work on-site at least 3 days per week in Brussels.
Evaluation Criteria:

- Knowledge and expertise in migrating SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding from SuccessFactors Employee Profile towards SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Knowledge and expertise in migrating SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding towards another ATS system.
