IAM Consultant

Start Date: August 2026

End Date: End of the year

Responsibilities:

• Participate in an ambitious IAM program to manage applications, platforms, and information assets.
• Define and manage roles and accesses for cloud and on-premises applications.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Ensure developed solutions meet business requirements effectively.
• Responsible for Business role modeling and Data modeling.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Expertise in Sailpoint Identity IQ (Identity Governance and Administration solution).
• Experience in defining and maintaining new RBAC.
• Ability to document security files and promote IAM security guidelines, processes, and changes.
• Support the CIAM community with training, reports, and feedback.
• Lead impact analysis on IIQ and IAM business.
• Collaborate closely with IAM Operations colleagues, IAM Engineering, ICT/IAM, DSO.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in IIQ and Elimity.
• Advanced skills in Office tools (Excel, Access).
• Experience with IAM & RBAC.
