.NET/Azure Consultant

Start Date: Asap

Duration: Long term, 3 month contracts 

Work Schedule: Full-time, 3 office days per week (Mechelen)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with scrum team members on developing a new solution.
• Participate in scrum planning sessions by analyzing tasks.
• Implement new functionalities or refactor code based on detailed specifications and mock-ups.
• Work closely with development team members and UX analysts.
• Discuss technical designs with senior team members when necessary.
• Write unit tests for newly developed functionalities and perform code reviews.
• Report daily on work progress.
• Focus on bug fixing as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a .NET developer, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Azure, including Azure Functions, services, ADB2C, and CosmosDB.
• Strong communication skills for knowledge transfer and team collaboration.
• Good knowledge of Azure Functions and Azure architecture.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, SQL, HTML, and related technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful web services and APIs.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or discuss challenges and issues.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
