Medior Data Analysts

Work Schedule: Full-time, 100% on-site

Role Overview:

We are looking for two Data Analysts to join the Operations department, providing support for day-to-day data needs and ad hoc analytical requests. The role involves collaboration with operational teams and the development of reporting solutions, translating business questions into actionable insights and data-driven decision-making. The focus is on operational support rather than project-based change requests.

Position Details:

• Role 1: Emphasis on Qlik reporting and dashboard development.
• Role 2: Strong focus on Snowflake, including data modeling, data sourcing, and working within the Snowflake environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify needs, define business rules, and align on requirements.
• Perform analysis and translate business questions into clear data requirements.
• Design data solutions and define the blueprint for implementation.
• Build and implement data solutions within the existing data platform.
• Deliver reporting, dashboards, and insights to the business and external stakeholders.
• Support both ad hoc and structural reporting needs, including regulatory reporting.
• Ensure validation and alignment of delivered solutions with business expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data, IT, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
• Proven experience in data analysis and data solution delivery.
• Experience working in a business-facing role with stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work in environments with limited predefined requirements and high ambiguity.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Snowflake (data platform).
• Solid SQL skills (views, models, tables).
• Experience with Qlik.
• Experience working with data frameworks and principles within Snowflake.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• End-to-end ownership mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools).
• Exposure to building dashboards and reporting solutions in business environments.
