Role Description:
We are looking for an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to join the "Enterprise AI and Enablement" team. The mission is to lead the transformation of our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by embedding AI into the core processes. The role involves analyzing the current SDLC, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing a value-based roadmap to modernize engineering practices.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Architecture: Develop and implement a coherent transformation strategy, leveraging both bottom-up use cases and top-down industry paradigms like Specification Driven Development and Agentic AI.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate AI capabilities into specific engineering contexts, ensuring alignment with the complexity of financial messaging systems.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with Tribe Leads, Architects, and Agile Coaches to scale initiatives and ensure organizational buy-in.
- SDLC Deep-Dive & Process Re-engineering: Analyze current engineering processes to identify bottlenecks and prioritize investments in AI, automation, and process simplification.
- Contextual Adaptation: Tailor the transformation framework to the unique realities of different Tribes, respecting their technical maturity and legacy constraints.
- Holistic Scope Management: Drive AI adoption across the full lifecycle, including Product Management, Business Analysis, Testing, and Operations.
- Continuous Technology Watch: Monitor AI developments in Software Development to identify impactful tools and practices.
- Driving "Horizon 1" Maturity: Organize engagement activities like Hackathons and Show & Tell demos to inspire technical teams.

Skills and Experience:
- Software Delivery Experience: 7-10 years in roles such as BA, Software Development, QA, DevOps, or Technical Product Management.
- Analytical Skills: Expert in assessing engineering processes and identifying areas of improvement.
- Change Management or Agile Coaching: 5-7 years of experience within engineering or software delivery teams.
- Understanding of Financial Messaging Systems: 6-9 years of experience in regulated financial infrastructure.
- SDLC and Modern Engineering Practices: Expert understanding of the full SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and practices like Agentic AI and Specification Driven Development.
- Teamwork, Resilience, and Tenacity: Over 10 years of experience in large-scale, cross-functional transformation contexts.
